Are you one of those people that just love MMOG alts and never have enough character slots available to satisfy your constant need for a new character? Sony Online Entertainment (SOE) may have the solution for you if you play EverQuest II (EQII). Starting October 5th, 2010, SOE will offer character slots for sale via the Station Marketplace and there is no limit to how many you can buy. In a recent post on the EQII forums, Sr. Producer Dave "Smokejumper" Georgeson made the announcement and answered a few questions about the upcoming service. You only need to purchase slots once and they are permanent. If you have a subscription they will be added to any slots that you already have. Additional EQII character slots will cost players 1000 SC each, about $10.00 USD.
