If you managed to make it into the Vindictus closed beta you have probably been cracking some skulls in the game's early start open beta that kicked off on September 15th. But if you found yourself sitting on the sidelines without enemies to slay or brutalize, your luck is about to change. Nexon, who usually dabbles in games more traditional and family-friendly such as Mabinogi and MapleStory, will be sending their much darker and more graphic online game, Vindictus, into open beta on October 13th, 2010. New content and an increase in the level cap will be deployed as part of the official open beta launch, so make your way over to the Vindictus website and sign up so you can be ready.

Nexon America has announced that it will start the open beta for Vindictus on Oct. 13, allowing all players in North America to participate in the game. Vindictus is a physics-based action online role-playing game that combines stunning visuals with high-speed combat and uses a modified Source EngineTM. Open Beta will add new content for players to enjoy, including a new horror-filled dungeon with new monster mobs and bosses, deeper customization options, a fishing feature, item enhancements and guild tools. The game’s level cap will also increase to level 38 to give players more access to the Vindictus’ brutal elegance.
