Sony Online Entertainment deployed Game Update 58 (GU58) for EverQuest II (EQII) today. The update addresses a number of issues and suggestions from the community from basic sound changes for the Dirges and Troubadors to new features and extra content. Level 90 players will find Zraxth’s Unseen Arcanum, a level 90 instance, open for business and ready to be conquered. Veteran players will also find their new 7-year Veteran Rewards available with the Mistmoore Crag Estate.

GU58 also marks the launch of Season 2 for Battlegrounds and a slew of new PvP features and changes. Open PvP Warfields are now tiered for various levels and players will find a number of PvP changes, including an 8 level PvP range for zones.
