A new developer update for Guild Wars has arrived and with it we've gotten a few neat musings from the development team. The first revolves around the nerfing of the Battle for Lion's Arch. The difficulty has been toned down for a bit, but never fear seekers of adventure. They'll be bringing in a "hard mode" to certain quests in the future to give the increased difficulty (and increased reward) to those who want to work towards it.

The second involves Keiran's return. As many of you know, the Hearts of the North content has begun and the search for Lt. Keiran Thackeray has started. It seems the developers at ArenaNet are wanting to make him a more in-depth character versus someone who has you go out and do things for him, which is why they are revisiting the Bonus Mission Pack way of telling a story (for those who don't know, you can play as Keiran in the new content).

Overall pretty interesting to read. Have a look over at the official GW website.
