If you've been enjoying your adventures in EverQuest II (EQII), you've no doubt eying the calendar anxiously waiting for the February 22nd release date of EQII's next expansion, Destiny of Velious. If so, there are two bits of good news for you. First, you don't have too long to wait. Second, Sony Online Entertainment today announced that the Destiny of Velious pre-orders will go on sale starting January 18th, 2011. Pre-ordering EQII's new expansion will not only grant you access to the latest content which will include a return of the popular region of Velious from the original EverQuest, but you'll also gain several monthly "Velious Winter Rewards", which began in December.
