Jagex Partners with Hasbro for New Transformers MMOG

It looks like Transformer fans have a second MMOG to look forward to. RuneScape developer Jagex has announced a new partnership with toy maker Hasbro to launch a new online game based on the Transformers license. There's already one Transformers MMOG in development by Chinese developer NetDragon for Asia, but the deal with Jagex brings a new game to western territories based on the popular license sometime in 2012.

"We are extremely excited to create a dream team that combines Transformers brand stewards with Jagex development experts to deliver an epic Transformers gaming experience to fans in 2012."



Transformers Universe is switching over to MOTA - coming this summer.
