The Rift Podcast returns this week joined by Trion Worlds Producer Adam ‘Gersh’ Gershowitz and Sr. Community Manager Cindy "Abigale" Bowens to talk about the 1.1 update, RIFT's new world event, class balance, Corrupted Soul rarity and more. Gershowitz explains what Trion looks at when balancing classes, which is quite a bit more than some players might realize.

Since the 1.1 update, getting enough Corrupted Souls to open a raid rift has been quite a task. Luckily, Trion has tracked down an issue that has not been rewarding the Corrupted Souls as intended, so we should be seeing an update to fix that coming soon. Additionally, Trion has some ideas that should help get more of those extremely rare crafting plaques as well.
