Hey, we're sorry that you're one of the unlucky few having an issue using our site as a premium member. Before you pull out the Ten Ton sledgehammer, here are a couple of things to try if you can't access premium content and you're certain you're a member.

Refresh Our Site's Memory

Check the upper right corner to make sure you're logged in. If you are, your username will appear there. If you're not logged in, it's likely that your site cookies expired (ew, moldy cookies), which would explain why you can't see your premium content. Login and you should be good to go.

If that didn't fix the issue...

Kick It!

Sometimes, especially for new premium members, the site needs a little kick to recognize your elite status. We suggest you do the following:

  • If you're logged in, log out. (If you're not logged in, see step one above.)
  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies. (In Firefox, the option is under Tools > Clear Recent History. In Internet Explorer you'll find it under Safety > Delete Browsing History.)
  • Log in again, from this page: http://www.tentonhammer.com/user

A Word About Premium Forum Permissions
