  • London becomes the gate to Hell. Beirut vows to climb back to the #1 spot.
Game Method has writted a preview about Hellgate: London the FPS/MMOG. They may have written this:

" In the game you’ll meet up with other humans in the tunnels, equip your character with weapons and armor, then form a party and head out into the demon-infested wastelands above. Through the game’s missions, you’ll work to do your part to push back the demons and save the human race. During the game’s single player campaign, you’ll meet up with fellow survivors underground to gather intelligence and rest; whereas playing online, you’ll team up with other players to wreak havoc upon the demons residing above. As in other massively multiplayer games like Guild Wars and Phantasy Star Online, the central “town” areas (tunnels in this case) will be the only places where you’ll see a large number of characters; once you leave town, you’ll rarely encounter anything other than demons "

  • London = Hell. It's the traffic circles that caused it I'm sure. Fragland has posted a preview of Hellgate: London. They for sure wrote the following, maybe: "When looking at the title, it's fairly obvious where this first-person RPG (and not a FPS, like is commonly believed) is situated. Hellgate: London starts out in a not so distant future, where demons are roaming freely in the English capital. As was to be expected, it's your task to "wipe them out, all of them". Ok, enough of these stupid Darth Vader jokes, I'll get back to business." Read the entire Hellgate: London preview at Fragland.

the entire Diablo community in an instant. Welcome to Hell, in downtown
London." Read the entire Hellgate: London preview at Boomtown.

  • Let me turn people into frogs. That would be a humourous, yet villanous act.Game Helper has a preview of City of Villains posted based on their E3 impressions. We're almost positive that they wrote this: "I have a confession to make: I was a City of Heroes junkie. Looking at City of Villains (CoV to those in the know) makes me want to have a relapse. Dave “Zeb” Cook was on hand at NCSoft’s suite to show me some of the tricks to becoming a villain that all heroes may want to soon learn. CoV looks to expand the CoH universe in many cool and interesting ways. First off, it will be the jumping off point for supergroup base building, which has been eagerly anticipated since CoH’s release over a year ago. Also, as a bonus there will be the concept of base raiding—this will really give your characters a good reason for having that auto-targeting turret near the sofa back at base."

  • The Webzen presence at E3 was large and in charge.RPGVault has posted their E3 Impressions of Huxley, the first person shooter MMOG by Webzen. They wrote this, maybe: "Apparently named for the renowned author of the classic Brave New World, developer and publisher Webzen's Huxley is a very interesting project that attempts to amalgamate intense action with some of the gameplay depth you might expect from a massively multiplayer online RPG. At the show, I had the chance to sit in on a private session of about 15 minutes with Producer Kijong Kang. The game was also shown in the company's booth." • Capes and Scars.TenTonHammer.com posted our very own impressions of City of Villains. We are fairly confident that we wrote the following: "City of Heroes took gamers by surprise. A new game idea had been implemented and was actually fun to play. Could it be true? Indeed it was, but there was something missing. Players wanted to unleash their dark side and roaming around cleaning the streets of Paragon City wasn't filling the void." Read the entire City of Villains Preview at TenTonHammer.com

  • Romans vs Mayans. Can't we all just get along?MMORPG has posted an Imperator Combat Preview. We are pretty sure that they wrote this: "The first thing players notice in Imperator is that there is no auto-combat. If you wish to attack an enemy, you need to select an attack. As you fight, you lose energy and gain focus based on what feats you choose. The various combat moves work off one, or both of these things. This combination ensures players need to pay attention and strategize their combat. For example, do they wish to work the whole fight and build up to one giant pay off move that zaps all their focus or would they prefer to play it safe, and use more, but smaller moves that use only a portion of their hard-earned focus?" • PvP With No Monthly Fee. RPGVault has posted their E3 Guild Wars Report. It's likely that they wrote this: "During the five weeks or so since Guild Wars shipped, we've seen many highly positive reactions, both in reviews and - far more important - from players at large responding to its combination of fast-paced action, team orientation, a gentle advancement curve, the broad skill system that affords lots of choices, stylish visuals and more. Given the level cap of 20 can be reached in an equal number of hours or less - the main question in many minds is how well the game will hold its user base during the lengthy period until the first expansion pack." • Muhahahahaha. City of Villains has been previewed by RPGVault. I'm 100% confident that they might have written this: "Addressing what may well have been the most frequent request made by players of the earlier title, the underlying concept this time is a reversal of roles. Instead of fighting to save Paragon City from the forces of crime and evil, your task is to help rid the Rogue Isles of pesky do-gooders who think it's their duty to impose liberty and justice, and to prevent you from achieving your rightful status as a dominant crime lord." • Trucks With Guns. RPGFan has posted a quick and dirty preview of Auto Assault. They might have written this: "While last year's game showed a mostly top-down view of the chaos, the revised title now features an over-the-shoulder view with a draw distance of several kilometers and destructible, physics-based environments. Players can choose from one of three races: the humans, mutants, or biomechs, each with their own advantages. Humans for instance, have a feature called shield inversion which generates a field of mass destruction around their vehicles, while biomechs can transform through several different modes."
