Posted Tue, Nov 20, 2012 by Martuk

Star Wars: The Old Republic (SWTOR) joined the ranks of the free-to-play last week with the launch of its 1.5 update. Less than a week later, BioWare has shipped off its 1.6 update to PTS to help keep its momentum going. The 1.6 update brings improvements to the game’s Group Finder feature, 6 new Heroic difficulty space missions per faction, new items, the Ancient Hypergate PvP warzone and more.

Double Our Efforts

BioWare is clearly making an effort to entice new and returning players to stick around. Have you tried the game since its jump to free-to-play? If so, what’s your opinion on the latest content and changes? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below.
