    Sony Online Entertainment has posted the latest and greatest EverQuest 2 patch notes. It is somewhat probable that they wrote this:

    "Strange objects are appearing along with these new gnolls. It is unknown at this time what link these objects have with the alleged abductions, but witnesses claim these objects move from place to place."

    Fileshack has a new movie posted featuring the upcoming EverQuest 2 expansion, Desert of Flames. It's almost a certainty that they wrote this:

    "Seven minute long movie with gameplay footage from the EverQuest 2 expansion pack : Desert of Flames."

  • Pre-order Gnolls.
    The next Everquest 2 Adventure Pack is now available for pre-order. The Splitpaw Saga is scheduled to launch on June 28th at a price of $7.99. The press release looks strangely like this:

(SOE), a worldwide leader in massively multiplayer online (MMO) gaming, today announced that The Splitpaw Saga is now available for pre-order at The Splitpaw Saga is the second Adventure Pack for EverQuest II, the follow-up to Sony Online Entertainment's original EverQuest, the longest-running 3D MMO role-playing game in North America. The Splitpaw Saga is scheduled for launch on June 28, 2005 for $7.99, with in-game pre-order events starting today.

    Sony Online Entertainment has opened the pre-launch phase sign-up to their Station Exchange program. They might even have written this:

    "Be one of the first to participate in Station Exchange, the official secure marketplace for EverQuest II players to buy and sell the rights to use in game coin, items and characters. Sony Online Entertainment is offering a pre-launch program* for EQII players who are interested in learning more about Station Exchange and enjoying this service early. During this pre-launch period, we are reducing the listing fees and commissions SOE collects by 50%. This is a great opportunity to participate in Station Exchange!"

    Our EQ2 community managers spent the last few days at their virtual desks. The Illusionist guide has received an update. It probable that they wrote this:

    "Ever wondered if a spell is worth it to upgrade to adept 3 or master 1, even some of the apprentices or adept 1, well now you can find out. We also need your help, Help us fill out this table, You will get credit for it and help the Illusionist community. Check out the Spell Comparison Table and share your skills by Emailing Us your screenshots, please include the level your character was at when you took the screenshot as well as your Characters name and server so we can give you credit! Dont worry about doing cropping and brightness, we will take care of it all."

    Our community managers at the EverQuest 2 site have updated the Guardian Class Guide with spell/skill comparisons! We're going out on a limb and pretending that they wrote this:
