  • I think someone needs to look up the meaning of inevitable. That's kind of a lame name.

The final Warhammer Online Chaos stronghold has been revealed! The Inevitable City is the capital of Chaos forces in WAR. Contained in this city are the full horrors of the servants of Tzeentch and other forces of Chaos.

Located deep within the icy Chaos Wastes of the north, the Inevitable City is a beacon and gathering point for the mortal forces of Chaos.

  • Growing pains from the transition?

Transitioning a product from tabletop gaming to video gaming can be a dangerous prospect. Just ask the numerous failed attempts to make successful D&D games in the early 90s and late 80s. Still, there are games that are interpreted into the video gaming world and succeed marvelously. At Leipzig GC '07, Ten Ton Hammer sent Cody "Micajah" Bye to talk Warhammer Online with Games Workshop's Jon Gillard. They discussed the relationship between the two companies and whether we might see WAR specific products coming from Games Workshop. Enjoy!

  • It's a flight sim with angels!

NCSoft chose GC Leipzig as the place where they'd let media film
their Aion presentation for the first time, and in Part 1 yesterday,
NCSoft's Martin Rabl walked you through the basics of this visually
distinct MMOG. In Part 2 of the Aion reveal video, we'll show you what
really sets the gameplay of Aion apart - flight that's fully
integrated with combat - as Martin continues the demo. Also, Senior
Designer Kyoung Choi steps in to answer our questions about the game
(and also to show us a few choice emotes!).

You're entitled to Joe Iuliani's opinion, and he's offering it up in an op/ed about the upcoming World of Warcraft expansion, Wrath of the Lich King:

Blizzard announces World of Warcraft expansion. Chinese gold farmers rejoice. (Let's face it higher levels mean more gold, Burning Crusade proved that).
