City of Sinners and Saints is a virtual world where people can network with friends, play casual games and shop for their favorite products. The city is aimed at providing players with more than just social networking, but to also include some of their favorite pastimes on the internet. The game will have cartoonish graphics, comedic story lines and casual games and quests. The chat system will feature animated responses or what current MMOG gamers call "emotes".

The City is a fantasy land divided into two halves: the Sinner side is dark, with comically hellish buildings and colors and the Saint side is bright, with comically heavenly buildings and colors. Players can go back and forth between the two.

A central feature of the game is to allow players the ability to rate and block players. This feature gives players (especially women) control over the social environment without the worry of harassment. Creating virtual relationships and growing them is one of the key features of the City.
