    If Las Vegas is known for one thing besides gambling, it's marriages and Fan Faire was no different this year. Two players stood among the banquet crowd Saturday night to take their vows before proceeding to an in game ceremony. RadarX had a chance to meet with the happy couple before the wedding and ask about how this epic wedding came about.

  • So, How Many Trains Did KC Serve Again?

    One of the highlights of SOE's 2007 Fan Faire was finding out more about new game expansions in development. EverQuest 2's  the Rise of Kunark is scheduled for release in November and plans to add some very interesting content. Tony "RadarX" Jones was on hand to listen to questions about epic weapons, contested raiding, and even a surprise unannounced feature.     Perhaps the most memorable event at BlizzCON 2007, the Sound-Alike, Dance, and Costume contests brought hundreds of Blizzard fans together to see who could perform the most convincing representation of the characters, audio snippets, and dance animations found in Blizzard games. Emceed by the sharp-witted host of NBC's "Last Comic Standing", Jay Mohr, the pageantry even featured a visit by the real life persona of Leeroy Jenkins, Ben Schulz, and... Chuck Norris?

    You've all read fan-fiction, watched player-made music/memory videos, and sat through slideshows put to music. Planetwide Media has taken the "fan-made" genre to a whole different level with their EQ2 Comic Book Creator. Garrett Fuller had the opportunity to stand beside one of the developers of Comic Book Creator and received some insight into the way the program operates and how it helps players experience their dreams.
