Dead Frontier is a survival horror multiplayer online game that pits players from around the globe in a struggle for survival in a zombie infested city. Dead Frontier is a browser-based title that combines 3rd person survival horror with traditional RPG elements and survival horror style gameplay. Dead Frontier places survival in a high priority. Food, ammunition and medical supplies are rare so there is a lot more to staying alive than just defeating monsters. Despite being purely 2D, Dead Frontier claims to be one of the most scary and atmospheric games available.

There are no NPC vendors, making the economy 100% player driven. Everything is bought or sold by players. This gives Dead Frontier a realistic and not always stable post-apocalyptic economy. Players can also create their own hideouts, allowing them to choose to live in the last remaining human outpost, or barricade an abandoned building deep within the dangerous inner city. Surviving away from civilization is hard, but the potential rewards can be great.

Global events can occur at certain times during the day at which time the main human outposts will be attacked by hordes of flesh eating zombies. Players will need to work together in order to fight off the horde and save the innocent civilians.

Players can explore the huge deserted city of Fairview, a massive metropolis spanning several miles and gain loot from a huge array of buildings that include office complexes, restaurants, and supermarkets.

Chose from single or multiplayer gameplay. In order to give Dead Frontier a true horror feeling we decided to implement a single player version of the game when you venture into the dangerous zones. This gives you a feeling of isolation which adds to the eerie atmosphere. It also means you’re not forced to interact with other players if you don’t feel like it.
