APB: Reloaded blog announces a new update addressing the Pearlescent paint bug and introduces new Test Monkey Crew.

The open beta for APB: Reloaded has been pushed back to next week following the discovery of a new crash issues that's dumping players from the server. The problem with this issue is that it's not making itself easy to track down for devs, so to ensure the open beta runs smoothly, the devs have pushed it back to next week to provide the team a little extra time to track down what's causing the issue.
