Forsaken World is a 3D fantasy-based MMORPG developed by Perfect World Beijing. Players can choose from five distinct races, each with their own narrative and history. There are eight classes scheduled to be in the game at launch: Warrior, Protector, Assassin, Marksman, Mage, Priest, Vampire and Bard. In addition, eleven occupations will be available to choose from: Socialite, Adventurer, Merchant, Collector, Arcanist, Botanist, Astrologist, Armorsmith, Bladesmith, Tamer and Alchemist.

The in-game devotion system also allows players to pray to the gods to receive a blessing. However, players can also break the chains of their mortal form and ascend themselves.

Forsaken World's War of Shadows Expansion Goes Live

The shapeshifting Lycans join the Forsaken World’s cast of characters along with a new dungeon to round out the expansion.
