  • Big Black Crows with pointy teeth.
Turbine has posted more creature information for Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar. The creature of choice today is the Crebain. There is a fair to slim chance that they wrote this:

"These menacing black birds from the lands between the Misty Mountains and the dark forest of Fangorn are often controlled by the forces of darkness, acting from above as the eyes and ears of the enemy.  Large and intelligent, flocks of these crow-like creatures darken the skies on their mission of evil.  But be warned – even one Craban is capable of alerting the enemy with the swiftness of the wind. • Go Turbine. Go Turbine.
The Boston Globe has a story posted about Turbine and their push to get Dungeons and Dragons Online: Stormreach completed for the holiday season this year. We're nearly confident that they wrote this:

"Now comes phase two. Over the next two years, the company will introduce new games based on two of the most beloved fantasy franchises. In 2006, Turbine will release the first massive online game based on J.R.R. Tolkien's ''Lord of the Rings" trilogy. Turbine will publish the Tolkien game on its own, rather than pay a share of the profits to a major game publisher. The company is taking a more cautious approach with Dungeons & Dragons Online, teaming up with the French game publisher Atari Inc."

  • DDO with no GPS.
Lost? The Dungeons and Dragons community managers at TenTonHammer.com have a solution. We like to call them maps. Maybe, possibly, they wrote this:

"I updated the Maps link with all the maps created by Wizards of the coast and a few maps that have been enhanced with city and region names. These are all the maps I have been able to locate on the web. Take a look and get a feel for the world of Eberron. These maps should be useful for all the PnP players out there also. "
