Mythos is a free-to-play MMORPG formerly in development by the now defunt Flagship Studios. In 2008, Flagship Studios was dissolved and Habitsoft picked up the Intellectual Property and development rights. According to Yoora Kim, CMO of HanbitSoft, the game is now being developed mainly by T3 and supported by Redbana.
Like many free-to-play games, Mythos will have an item store so that gamers will be able to access some items and equipment through purchase. So far, Mythos has three races (humans, satyrs, and gremlins) for players to choose from in their character creation. Each race can pick one of three character classes to play.
Using games such as Diablo (by Blizzard Entertainment) as a model, Mythos looks to cater to both gamers without a lot of time, and with plenty. A point and click method of control makes Mythos easy for anyone to pick up and the cartoony graphics keep the game's atmosphere light.
