More on Ten Ton Hammer
As a stand-alone sequel to the original City of Heroes, City of Villains works the opposite side of the City of Heroes element. With new powers, costumes, and gameplay features at their disposal, City of Villains features a cadre of characters who are trying to make their way up in the world by pulling every diabolical trick know to man. According to the official site "players forge new super-powered villain characters in an attempt to dominate the world. Heroes and authorities of Paragon City will do all in their power to thwart these evil plans of destruction. It will take a supreme effort for true domination."
In City of Villains, players experience on of the most customizable and easy to use character generators in the MMOG marketplace. Not only can they create a unique costume, but they can also select from a variety of major and minor powers. Nearly everything is available to potential super villains, so no expense has been spared. Wings and capes of various sizes and shapes have also been added CoV as the months have progressed, so a player can emulate almost any character from any comic book he or she has ever read.
