  • What will the future hold for EQ2?

We've come a long way baby, but you can be sure there is much more in store for EverQuest II in 2008! Not a whole lot has come through the grapevine as to what we can expect, but we do have some great ideas of what we can hope for. With a new expansion to play in and a new Senior Producer leading the way this next year could shape up to be the very best one yet! Please join Savanja for a fun and interesting speculation on what the future holds for EQ2.

  • We have added a new editorial to our site, this one detailing all the major events in World of Warcraft in 2007, as well as their impact as the expansion came and changed how we played the game entirely!

The Burning Crusade wasn't all about PvE though, it also added emphasis on the distinction between PvE players and PvP players, with the inclusion of the resilience stat in most of the PvP earned weaponry and armor, as well as other buffs to the PvP system as a whole.

  • That's what you get for playing a night elf...

In this weeks editorial WoW community manager Byron "Messiah" Mudry looks at something that annoys many Alliance players and makes Horde players rejoice. As he has been drawn into the Player versus Player (PvP) aspect of World of Warcraft (WoW) lately, he has come to see how the differences between the two factions play out. In this editorial, he takes a look at the differences (as he sees them), and how they translate to Horde winning the vast majority of battlegrounds.

  • It was a very good year

A lot has happened in EverQuest II over the last year.  We've seen another expansion released, developers have moved on and the Senior Producer has been replaced.  Some of these changes were good, some were a little less than good, but at the end of the year our game is still better than it was in 2006 and for that we should all be proud! Please join Ten Ton Hammer's favorite humorist, Coyote Sharptongue, as he reflects on the changes, the growth, and the good gaming fun in 2007.
