  • Extended downtime postponed

    The official site for EVE Online has been updated with a note that today's downtime will not occur.
    The extended downtime for EVE's Tranquility server has been postponed from Tuesday, May 22, to Wednesday, May 23. The server will be offline from 11:00 to 14:00 GMT for the deployment of the Revelations 1.4.3 patch which includes a number of improvements for EVE Voice.

    The official site for EVE Online has been updated with a note that there will be a live chat session with the developers today.
    Join members of the EVE dev team on Friday, May 10, at 20:00 GMT as they discuss the EVE Online backstory and fiction in our second Live Dev Blog. The chat will take place in the "Live Dev Blog" channel in-game and requires EVE Voice.

Another up-side to EVE is its in-depth market system that allows players to buy and sell from anywhere in a given region.
