  • Aion Grades

While not showering NCsoft with praise for Aion, Gamespy provides a moderately favorable review of the game in their latest Consensus. I appreciate the fact that they waited two months after...

  • I wonder how long it takes to whip yourself 20 levels into shape...

As the first true expansions for its parent game, Guild Wars: Eye of the North had a lot of standards to live up to. Not only that, but it seemed to offer a breathtaking supply of new opportunities for higher level players and guilds. Whipping himself into level 20 shape, Cody "Micajah" Bye took a stroll around the new content in GW:EN and dove into the new multi-level dungeons. What did he think? Read the review to find out!

  • Cody chooses a faction.

Continuing on the week of Guild Wars coverage, Cody "Micajah" Bye recently sat down with the second addition to the Guild Wars series, GW: Factions, and has delivered a review of the stand-alone product. While the game may not be a simple addition to the original Guild Wars, it still delivers plenty of new content for the Guild Wars veteran and continues to be an easy introduction for new players. Check out the whole review!

  • Ten Ton Hammer: Reviewing the reviewed in newer, cooler, BETTER ways.

Although it's been several years since the release of the original Guild Wars, the game remains one of the most popular MMOGs on the market today. To flesh out our list of reviewed games and as a precursor to the release of Guild Wars: Eye of the North, Ten Ton Hammer put Cody "Micajah" Bye on the task of reviewing ArenaNet's first foray into the MMOG marketplace. Even after all these years, does Guild Wars still deserve a place among the top MMOGs? Find out in Micajah's review!

  • Nightfall Reviewd at Women Gamers

WomenGamers.com has posted a review of the latest Guild Wars Expansion. See what they think of Nightfall...

For 2006, Guild Wars gets my "Top MMORPG" mark for the second time. Arena Net has taken great pains to help keep their games from having a "slimy" community. Guild Wars still gets my highest marks for a "safer" environment from verbal abuse than several of the other games that I play for reviews. Although that isn't saying much anymore.
