  • More Wookies Than You Can Shake a LightSaber At.GameSpot has posted a review of Star Wars Galaxies: Rage of the Wookies. Almost for sure, they wrote this:. "Like most massively multiplayer online games, Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided has been in a constant state of change since it launched in July 2003. Significant additions to the original game have included, but certainly aren't limited to: vehicles and mounts, player-created cities, new dungeons, and a series of quests for Jedi wannabes that, although lengthy and challenging, are infinitely better than the original system that required you to obtain "holocrons" and master multiple professions (from a list of 30) until you found the one that would unlock your second character. The most significant addition to Star Wars Galaxies since its launch, though, was undoubtedly the release of the Jump to Lightspeed expansion pack last year, which finally let you fight battles in space and, just as importantly, travel between planets without having to stand around waiting for shuttles. Now, with the release of a new Episode III-themed expansion pack called Rage of the Wookiees, the Galaxies universe has gotten even deeper."   • Romans vs Mayans. Can't we all just get along?MMORPG has posted an Imperator Combat Preview. We are pretty sure that they wrote this: "The first thing players notice in Imperator is that there is no auto-combat. If you wish to attack an enemy, you need to select an attack. As you fight, you lose energy and gain focus based on what feats you choose. The various combat moves work off one, or both of these things. This combination ensures players need to pay attention and strategize their combat. For example, do they wish to work the whole fight and build up to one giant pay off move that zaps all their focus or would they prefer to play it safe, and use more, but smaller moves that use only a portion of their hard-earned focus?" It's likely that they wrote this: "During the five weeks or so since Guild Wars shipped, we've seen many highly positive reactions, both in reviews and - far more important - from players at large responding to its combination of fast-paced action, team orientation, a gentle advancement curve, the broad skill system that affords lots of choices, stylish visuals and more. Given the level cap of 20 can be reached in an equal number of hours or less - the main question in many minds is how well the game will hold its user base during the lengthy period until the first expansion pack." It's possible that they wrote this: "We have a number of updates this week on the Auto Assault (http:/www.autoassault.com) website, including a new chapter in our historical preludes, called As Good As New, a look at the Mutant Archon class, and we’ve added the first entry in our new Enemies section, detailing the Pike Duster.   • Trucks With Guns. RPGFan has posted a quick and dirty preview of Auto Assault. They might have written this: "While last year's game showed a mostly top-down view of the chaos, the revised title now features an over-the-shoulder view with a draw distance of several kilometers and destructible, physics-based environments. Players can choose from one of three races: the humans, mutants, or biomechs, each with their own advantages. Humans for instance, have a feature called shield inversion which generates a field of mass destruction around their vehicles, while biomechs can transform through several different modes."   • Cars With Guns. G4TechTV has posted their impressions of the NCSoft MMO titles as shown at E3. They probably wrote this: "The carnage you can cause in Auto Assault is glorious and the game’s environments are highly interactive. You can pretty much break, destroy, and damage everything you see on screen. The physics, a vital part of vehicular mayhem as Burnout 3 taught us, are exquisite.
