Based on the real world, the MMOG All Points Bulletin allows players to have the chance to join the most common forms of good or bad that are present in the world today: gangs or law enforcement. It's a never-ending battle between the two factions with the gangs trying to commit crimes while the law enforcement members try to stop them. This game is designed by the creator of the original Grand Theft Auto franchise. As such, the game features driving and freeform combat.

Characters are fully customizable with the gangs zoning in on customized cars and earning cash, while the law enforcement faction focuses on advanced weapons and destroying the gangs.
