We knew that once the next generation console wars kicked off that the minimum requirements for PC games would likely make a jump. Titanfall is an example of just how accurate that belief is.
Respawn Entertainment co-founder Vince Zampella took to Twitter today to discuss the minimum PC specs for Titanfall with fans. And here’s what he had to say about the minimum PC requirement to play the mech-filled shooter.
Min: 64-bit Windows 7, 8, 8.1 AMD Athlon X2 2.8GHz or Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz 4GB RAM 512MB VRAM, Radeon HD 4770 or GeForce 8800GT— Vince Zampella (@VinceZampella) February 4, 2014
Zampella also stated during the string of tweets that the team is discussing the possibility of a post-launch Mac version, but that was far from a confirmation. As for the rest, you can expect to see Titanfall launching for the Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC on March 11th, 2014.
