Troy Online has only been in service for around three months, but it seems that there have been a few glaring bugs and errors causing issues in the game. So much so that ALT1 Games has decided that the game isn’t commercially ready and has decided to suspend gaming services starting November 30th to fix and change the problematic parts of the game.

Hello Troy Online users,

First of all, we would like to thank all our users for your great interest and support with Troy Online.

Though Troy Online has only been commercially open for 3 months, we have come to notice many bugs and errors that were not taken into account beforehand. Due to these reasons we felt that Troy Online was not mature and solid enough to continue commercial service. We humbly accept your apprehension as well as suggestions for further improving the quality of Troy Online in the future.

ALT1 Games has decided to discontinue service of Troy Online, fix and change the problematic aspects of the game, and reopen service with a new vigor and fresh face to Troy Online. Thank you for all your support and interests with Troy Online. We hope to see everyone again in the immediate future.

Service Discontinuation: November 30th, 2011

The message also includes a refund procedure for any ALT1 Coins that Troy Online players purchased.

For now, there is no indication of when Troy Online may return to service, so stay tuned and we’ll update you when we have more.
