He's in the cave at 50, 11. Just before the blood crystal.
The cave (entrance at 45, 19) has a big crystal inside. It is down the ramp to the left inside and to the back of the cave (50, 11).
Chieftain Oomooroo is inside the hold. He is inside the first hut across the bridge to the left (47, 15).
Courier Dawnstrider is next to a hut in the southmost part of Eversong Woods (on the road leading to the Ghostlands) (48, 88).
These can be found on the grounds all around the quest giver.
