O.o YOU CAN SEE THE MATRIX, BRO...
"...this isn't the first D&D [4th] ed. game, Daggerdale was..." - Noted. Changed the wording.
Alright, I'll bite.
"...other editions of D&D had supplemental rule books, not just 4th edition." - Correct. 3rd Edition had loads of them. But they weren't called Core Rulebooks. 4E supplements are.
"...why would an author who clearly hates 4th ed.[...] write a piece on the very topic?" - Because I am a D&D fan. I've played the tabletop game for years, and have enjoyed many of the video games. I bought one of the Founder's Packs for Neverwinter because I expect I will enjoy it also, despite the fact that it uses a ruleset I dislike for tabletop games.
"This was suppose to be about the 4th edition ruleset IN NEVERWINTER." - It was. Perhaps you didn't read it.
"...suffice it to say your an idiot..." - I like how you start off by calling the article unprofessional, and end with this.
And a good day to you, too, sir.
First bug report: clicking on the facebook or G+ share buttons on the signup completion page submits a code-gibberish link title on the post. The Twitter thing seems to work just fine, though.
I will make some adjustments to the review...
