Narrow it down to one? It's a hard choice but I'll have to go with Schafer because of his hilarious blog posts. Seems like a guy that could get the team energized and motivated and having fun.
"A small group of geeks, honing in on each other and opening their minds to the 'Geek Collective' can actually sit and quote a single movie for a time period LONGER than the actual movie took to watch. It is both a frightening and beautiful thing."
Frightening and beautiful indeed. And even more amazing was the day she realized she truly loved him back.
My Game Dream Team would include Tim Schafer (Psychonauts), Raph Koster (A Theory of Fun for Game Design), Gabe Newell (Half-Life), and Rand Miller (Myst). Narrowing it down to one would be tough and depends on what my goal would be. Schafer for awesome character/story, Newell for innovative gameplay, Koster for a game that has a deeper meaning, and Miller for a deep backstory.
Happy Thanksgiving!
