Okay, So Apparently the wow client treats Wands the same as Crossbows, so when I fixed the crossbow issue of not granting enchantment points, I made it so wands get flagged as unenchanted.
I'm currently in the process of uploading and releasing the fix for this bug, and I expect it to be available later this day!

Okay, that sexy J.C. Got the addon uploaded. In addition to the wand fix, the addon will also fix an issue with players who are using two-handed weapons being flagged as missing an equipment slot.

Head back out to the area where you found the dead bear. This time you need to kill bears who are still alive. They are often fighting green slime creatures and are easy to pick off.
Head east out of town, and you'll find a few dead bear corpses. (Mine had a crab eating the decaying flesh...) Just right click to loot the bear and you're done!
