Darcy is at 27,45 inside of the Inn, you can't miss her.
You can find the Crocklisks at 55,54 on an island chain by themselves (in the middle of the lake). There should be plenty and they should respawn often. Even better if you have skinning!
Each of these enemies is pretty much EVERYWHERE in the Barrens. Some good cords though for decent spawns is 48,50 for Lizards, 58,40 for Lions and 55,50 for Plainstriders. Really though, a lot of these enemies are just all of the place in the Barrens, should be no problem at all.
You can find the brewmaster at 63,38 outside of a building in Ratchet!
All of Bingle's Items are located in heavy Trogg infested areas. So it's best to bring a friend along for this one.

Wrench at 48,30
Screwdriver at 48,20
Hammer at 51,24
Blastencap at 54,27
Be careful, the Troggs respawn fast so if you clear the way to an item, quickly run and loot it before the Troggs respawn on you.
