All required mobs are around 5.6S, 43W, under the "L" in "Nan Amlug West" on your map.
Skull is at 10.3S, 34.5W. Although marked as a fellowship quest, you can solo this if you pull carefully and take your time. (I did as a level 32 Champion.)
Oskari is at 9S, 32.8W, in Fashat Laug, surrounded by hostile mobs. I snuck in using Sylvan Shadows and completed the quest, which caused all the mobs to attack me. I quickly ran out, and survived. (level 32 Champion). If you're a burgular or have some other stealth ability, you could use the same trick. Otherwise, sharpen up your sword...
The book is at 9.2S, 33.8W, under a little tent, in Fashat Laug. It is fairly easy to sneak in and fight only one mob at a time. Solo'd as a level 32 Champion.
As you come out of Rivendell into the Trollshaws, right after you pass through the tight red ravine, cut to your left and follow the rock wall. The pillar is at 33.1S, 6.0W.
Be ready for a fight in the vault with some crawlers.
