This is the second part of "Meats to Orgrimmar" and gets you back to the Crossroads, where you started.
Get paid to ride - not bad. You'll get a return quest to fly back to Crossroads. So if you need to make a quick trip to Orgrimmar anyway, this is a good way to do it.
Just ran south down the road into Silverpine Forest, following the signs. No fights.
The spellbook is on the second story of the building along the southern edge of Valgan's Field. Be ready for the level 12 that spawns when you get the book.
