Elrond is in the third-story library of the Last Homely Home. Glorifindel is southeast of the Last Homely Home, on the little isthmus where the rivers meet, at 30.1S, 3.1W.
The answer is really Boromir's horn. He won't give you the horn, but he'll give you his badge, which suffices for the quest. Boromir is at 28.2S, 5.6W, in the northern part of Rivendell, at the gate leading out toward the Misty Mountains.
You're after a broom from the stables, at 29.3S, 6.8W
The item you must retrieve is a set of work gloves on a table by the stable master at 29.3S, 6.8W
Alwin Walker is at 10.9S, 45.3W. After starting the quest, you'll be faced with three waves of orcs. Then you go talk to Gatson at the farm to complete the quest. This is marked fellowship, but I solo'd it as a level 29 Champion. It was kinda close, but I made it.
Gatson will give you Spoiler Raid, which takes you into the orc camp.
