Your goal is a rune-covered rock at 31.0S, 36.8W, on top of Weathertop. Take a moment to look around while you're there, the view is awesome.

Statue is at 34.6S, 37.7W. Take the statue to 34.4S, 36.8W. Final quest completion is back at the Forsaken Inn.

I found Uzorr at 28.1S, 38.1W, in an encampment on an island in the center of the lake at the northeast end of the Midgewater Pass. The letter is on a table next to where you find him. Don't kill him then run off and leave the letter like I almost did.

Solo'd easily as a 28 Champion.

Maybe I got lucky, but I found it on the first "White Hand Archer" I killed, at 28.0S, 38.4W.

I found him at 30.3S, 38.5W
