Candaith is at 30.1S, 37.9W, just a little north of the W in "Weathertop" on the map, in a little valley.
Aric is at 37.5S, 28.1W, in Ost Haer, in the southeast corner of Harloeg. He'll give you "The Shattered Past", which takes you to Garth Agarwen (you like running, right?)
You can also pick up "Fell Spirits" when you're in Ost Haer.
The orcs are just south of where you get the quest. They'll drop the pouches for "Touch of Corruption", and count toward "Orc-Bounty", if you happen to have those quests. Upon completion, Gatson, will give you the fellowship quest "Defending the Herd".
Gatson (quest-giver) is at 10.3S, 45.6W, Orthonn is at 9.4S, 47.3W (on the "D" on the map in Annundir). He'll send you back to Gatson, who then gives you "The Orc Threat".
This is an escort quest. I found a yearling at 11.2S, 44.3W. It has a gold ring over its head, like normal quest destinations. When you click it, it runs for Gaston's farm, making sure to stop and fight every mob it encounters.
