Just follow the road east then south to 13.7S, 44.6W. You'll get the fellowship quest "Scattered Belongings". There's also a vendor in the village.
You can't spit in the Fields of Fornost without hitting a Barghest. Run down the hill, kill a boatload, and run back. This completes the series of quests given by Agnes.
Olnatrhon is at 11.2S, 59.2W, just west of the "F" in "Fields" on the map, at Tham Lorn.
We completed this quest with no problems with a group of four:
27 Champion
28 Champion
30 Minstrel
26 Minstrel
There are bears of appropriate level to either side of the road leading north into the Fields of Fornost.
These quests are all started in Amon Raith at 12.5S, 52.8W and are all completed in or around Haudh Eglan at 7.7S, 49.6W.
