I as well thought the 2nd part was 470 until I ran it this past weekend. I concur the entire raid is in fact 460. The raids beyond vaults are supposed to be 470 and up as they add more.
I have yet to experience using LFR in MoP but my experience with it in Cata was positive. The feature accomplishes exactly what its intended too. Sure there will be rough spots as the previous post points out but its benefits far out weight the negative experiences that can occur.
Excellent finds, its tidbits like this that keeps me coming back to WoW. If it wasn't for the story and the friends I have made over the years the game would be some much harder to start playing again.
