I have to admit, it's very refreshing to see a review that acknowledges the online only issues, but isn't so overwhelmed by them to actually look at the actual game to see what is actually there. My own exposure came from seeing Day (primarily associated with Starcraft, for those not familiar with him) play it this last weekend. What I saw was while the issues associated with the online only issues were very valid, they overshadowed what, once you could finally get into it, a pretty amazing game. I do think that had things actually WORKED in the beginning, the online elements could add enough to it to make it worth it. That said though, the game is outstanding, and can really only get better as it grows more mature.
