So I phoned the dentist today, spoke to the receptionist to make an appointment for a checkup. The receptionist asked me if tomorrow was fine, I said yes, she then said ‘two thirty?’ so I said ‘no no its fine I just need a checkup’

As I stated in my intial post I figured I was taking it too seriously and I apologize if I over reacted. It was not my intent to attack or malign anyone (was somewhat surprised that such a comment came from dreadwrench tbh as she never struck me as a mean person..but I do see the context now).
Having spent a lot of my early years in countries where womens rights are pretty much nonexistant surrounded by somewhat militant women (sisters) I tend to shoot first and think later when such topics are discussed. FGM is another topic that makes my blood boil, but I will refrain :)
As to all subjects being grist for humor, if done right, maybe so. Consider my initial response the result of too little sleep, not enough coffee and a couple of unresolved issues from my childhood :)
so he basically gave his wife up to the crew for them to rape and have their way with. It was kinda funny
funny? Im not sure thats the word Id use to describe gang rape...but each to their own....Im not sure being mean to someone in public qualifies for that degree of punishment.
I know this is a game.humor board and Im probably taking this way too seriously, but Im sorry there is NOTHING funny about rape...
