I think it is funny, all the conspiracies around TSW, when it is a game about conspiracies. The game won't fail, Funcom has a history of turning a "failing" game profitable. They always have rocky launches, but they get a niche fan base and continue to run and improve the games they have since they are good at making them profitable.
I definitely agree that all Addons that were marked All Rights Reserved should be removed unless TTH had the express consent from the author.
I also think WoA should continue on and promote an awesome developer community even with links to training to get some new developers going.
Also on the addon pages, have a donation link that the author can provide through paypal that is connected directly with the author similar to how Curse has it.
Once WoA has this fixed up, and they build a solid community around it similar to how WOWI and Curse have, more authors will want to be here. You can't force people to want to be here, you just have to make it a great place and keep moving forward whether a certain person wants to be here or not.
Some money generated from ads and premium subscriptions should also be put back into the author community somehow to further promote development of awesome addons. Especially if like TTH says, it will only have the best of the best addons.

What time frame do you expect the, to take it down? Wasn't this launched today? I might have missed it. Usually with a takedown notice It can take up to a certain number of days to respond to it.
