TO get to the pool, head east out of BB and follow the path. The naga's on the way up the path are in the 39-41 range and run when their health drops, so be careful of adds.
When you reach the pool, if you have killed enough nagas already, you can run past the mobs near the rope bridge and jump in the pool. So long as you keep swimming they all lose their aggro on you, leaving ou free to get the water from the mountain.
I've been told there's a rare spawn (non elite) near the pool, but he wasn't ther when i was.
Although the quest rewards for my axe-specced warrior are actualy pretty much redundant, the xp from the quest and from running SM Lib, Arms and Cath and factoring in the loot dropped my the target mobs make it one of those 'must do quests'.

I handed this is as lvl 42 last night. 750 xp per chatper, plus 5,000 for the quest itself.
Had all but 3 pages from doing other qeusts in STV so bought them for 12s each and sold my eccess pages for 10s each on AH.
As this is a quest where you collect the pages whether you have it or not, definatley worth doing.
When you hand in the requested mats from the previous quest, the windwatcher will summon the cyclonian, lvl 40 elite.
He hits very hard and can knco you back about 20 metres.
If he kills you, just abandon the quest and speak to the windwatcher again and he'll resummon.

The drop rate for this quest seems to be very low.
I've been through the keep once on the other Strom quests and camped the outside sections of the keep solo.
I have killed well over 50 Syndicate members for no drop.
