Although this quest is marked as elite, it's really not.

The co-ords above are correct, however, if you approach the temple from the west you can collect the tablet without drawing aggro from any of the elite mobs.

The Mire Lord is in the far, NW corner of SoS and is a lvl 42 regular.

The Shadow Panther's gather in the area around the beach in SoW, mainly in the NE part of the map - they're stealthed so you'll have to be fairly close to them to see. The drop rate for the hearts is fairly high.

The deepstrider's can be found in Kalimdor in Desolace. Lvl 40 Elite, they're usually found at the two coastal areas. Solo'd on easily at lvl 40.

Just to save a little time, after you get the quest, avoid talking to the NPC in Shadowsprey, just jump in the sea.

All around the seabed you'll see traps, right click to open them.

Word of warning: They don't always contain shellfish. They sometimes contain mobs, also sometimes loot and sometimes nothing.

You'll need ten shellfish. 5 for each Bloodbelly. You also get 55S for each of these collection quests.

Another good tip is to press the v key to bring up the health bars. This will give you a better indication of who needs medical attention first.

This only works for Horde healers, though, Alliance healers should leave the building and do three laps of the coutryard before trying to heal anyone ;)

For a tank-specced warrior, in their 20's and loe 30's, the chest peice is great, but if you're DPS speccedm then the Mutant Scale breastplate from WC is much better.

The XP for the quest though (6,750 just for handing it in, never mind the run through RFK) is more than worth it.
