Its been 12 months since Landmark launched and although it was incredibly rough around the edges on day one of release, a lot has changed over the course of its Alpha and Beta. We've seen simple builds become something quite extraordinary, as well as voxel use that the development team never dreamt of. There's also caves, PvP and a whole host of new ways to craft things.

Does Landmark keep me entertained, even after adding all this? Not really. Although I love the world, the style and the depth of building there needs to be something more for it to keep my attention. Unlike the professional "builders" who create structures that take your breath away, I just don't have the desire to do that because it doesn't hold my attention long enough. That doesn't mean I don't appreciate Landmark because I still regularly watch streamers and search out the creations of others, but I'd rather see EverQuest Next and all the systems and design processes Landmark has invented, implemented into it. Take a look at the video below for a recap of all that has happened.
