Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning is set to launch in February and introduce players to the universe that will become the basis for the MMORPG currently codenamed project Copernicus. While Copernicus doesn't have a solid release date, 38 Studios recently launched a new interactive website with lore and stories pertaining to the time of the upcoming Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.

Embark on an interactive experience on the newly launched site, Amalur.com, home to all things Amalur. The new site is a treasure trove of rich lore and history, including a timeline, tales and culture info from the Age of Arcana (when Reckoning takes place), and stories about points of interest around Amalur during that age. We’ll be adding more to Amalur.com for you to discover and eventually tie together the deeply intertwined histories of Reckoning and the upcoming Amalur MMOG (codenamed Copernicus).

New York Times best-selling fantasy author R.A. Salvatore has crafted over 10,000 years of lore for the series and the website introduces fans to the Age of Arcana, the age that Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning takes place. As time goes on, more details will be added to bridge the story between Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning and Copernicus. Head over and check out the website for yourself.
