Age of Conan’s switch to the free-to-play market was accompanied by the massive 2.6 content update, but Funcom hasn’t rested on the laurels of their latest update. Today marks the official launch of the Blood and Glory PvP server ruleset, adding two new hardcore PvP servers to the game.

Players that choose to take part on the new Blood and Glory servers of Deathwish (US) or Rage (EU) will have a fresh start as no transfers to the new servers are available. In addition, the new PvP ruleset limits players to a single character and there will be no guards to protect them from other players. NPCs will drop no coin so you’ll have to do quests, sell items or pry the coin from the dead decaying hands of your fellow players.

Additional information about the Blood and Glory PvP server ruleset is available on the Age of Conan website.
