Although you won't be able to play until tomorrow, you can get your game downloaded and installed so you'll be ready to go at launch.

• Login at Battle.net and click on "Manage my Games"
• Download the installer
• Run the installer and agree to the Terms of Service
• The install may choke here. Quickly click on "I've already activated" to give it a kick
