Each week, we'll be bringing you the top performing decks from the most recent top level Hearthstone tournaments and some of the world's best players. This week, we'll be looking shaking things up a bit, as we'll be taking some inspiration from the Archon Team League finals, as well as what's been working for some pros on the ladder. The TGT meta is beginning to settle down a bit, but it's still too early to assume that no more big changes are coming. If you want to know what the strongest deck types are right now, look no further!

1) Patron Warrior

Last week, Patron Warrior had been dethroned from the #1 spot, but it makes its triumphant return to the top of our list (that didn't take long!) Nothing really happened with TGT to change the deck much, though it has forced players to re-think their deck lists a little bit. A new tech card has arisen in Shield Slam, helping to deal with the board more effectively. Make no mistake about it; despite its immense popularity, Patron Warrior is not simple to play. Particularly in a tournament environment against skilled opponents, the player definitely needs to be on top of their game. When they are, Grim PatronWarsong Commander and Frothing Berserker become some of the scariest cards in the game. This is a true combo deck, yet boasts a fair amount of removal with cards like WhirlwindCruel TaskmasterExecute, and the weapons able to remove threats (with some of those doubling as activators for the Patron and Berserker as well.) Here is the list played by Lifecoach of Nihilum, the team that won the entire ATLC event:

2) Secret Paladin

Now on our list for the third week in a row, Uther doesn't seem like he'll be going anywhere any time soon. Mysterious Challenger has helped usher in a brand new deck for Paladin players, and it's quickly taken both the ladder and tournament scene by storm. With the new 6-drop able to create a "hat" of secrets the opponent has to play around, previously ignored cards like Noble Sacrifice and Avenge suddenly are starting to see play, while the new Secret Competitive Spirit makes for a solid addition to the deck. There are several different variants of the deck, but one of the most successful has been the aggro version. This uses Secretkeeper to make up for drawing a lot of secrets, while also running aggro Paladin staples such as Divine Favor to refill the hand. This is the list that Team Liquid's SjoW has been finding recent success with at the top of the ladder:

3) Dragon Priest

Aggro decks have not died down in popularity at all, which has made this a good time to think about running Dragon Priest. While the deck can play slightly differently depending on how you build it, it is most commonly a tempo-based deck that looks to establish board control and take over the game from there. Early drops such as Twilight Whelp and Wyrmrest Agent do a great job contesting the board right from the get-go, while cards like Holy Nova and Chillmaw can be huge sources of removal. Ysera can act as a finisher, while the Shrinkmeister/Cabal Shadow Priest combo allows you to steal your opponent's threats right out from under them. Here's the list run by Value Town's Brian Kibler in the ATLC finals:

That wraps things up for this week, but we want to know your thoughts. What decks have you been having the most success with? What archetype is most likely to become the new flavor of the month? Tell us in the comments below!
