Firefall once again opens its doors to players this weekend as the second of three planned weekend beta stress tests gets underway. Testing is set to begin on Friday, February 22nd and conclude on Monday, February 25th.

After making a number of changes based on player feedback following the first public beta weekend, Red 5 welcomes fans to return this week for another round of testing and a chance at some prizes. Players that take part in this weekend’s Firefall beta event will have a chance to win a number of prizes such as a Razer Kraken Headset, an ATi Radeon iPower IceQ X² 3GB video card, and a limited edition Brontodon plushie by submitting a video of their best moments in the skies of Firefall.

Building on Firefall’s first public test in January, Red 5 has made improvements to existing systems and added new features for players to try. The latest update included Red 5’s final Founders Reward – a Custom Thumper – as well as integrated Twitch broadcasting – allowing everyone to stream their Beta Weekend experience with the click of a button.
